Meeting Individuals’ Needs and Challenges, Inc. (M.I.N.C.) is a 501©3 nonprofit benefit corporation that provides services for the families and individuals in need of the following areas: job placement and training, homelessness and preventive services, substance abuse prevention and counseling, probation and parole community reintegration, domestic abuse assistance, juvenile mentoring, and career placement services. We plan to serve the Shelby County and surrounding areas.
